How it works

Clients

1. Get in touch with us to book our care assistants or nurses. You can do this by phone, email, or online using our online booking form
2. For short-term or urgent assignments we don’t require a contract, we trust that invoices are paid.
3. For long-term collaborations, we prefer if we sign a contract.
4.  Invoices must be paid within 30 days after they were issued
5. You can cancel a shift 12 hours prior to commencing time

Staff

1. To work for us simply fill in the online application form or you can contact us
2. Make sure your DBS is up to date, if not we can apply for an enhanced DBS
3. We offer training 
4. Pick your schedule
5. Wait for the text message
6. Repeat point 4 and 5
